These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7pp ("7pp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your access to and use of the 7pp online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://7pp.club and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the 7pp Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their contents;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 7pp or any other gaming operator that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

These Terms are supplemented by additional rules and policies that may apply to specific games, promotions, tournaments, or features of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplementary rules.

7pp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 7pp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately, all funds deposited will be returned (less any winnings generated), and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into gambling contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
3. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or voluntary or mandatory exclusion from online gambling that would render your participation on 7pp a violation of any agreement or order.
4. Accurate information: All information provided during the registration process and subsequently must be true, accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 7pp account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.

7pp reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of their Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm eligibility. Accounts will be suspended pending verification if documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

To access real-money gaming features on the 7pp Platform, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password. Your Bangladeshi mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and will be used for OTP-based two-factor authentication.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account. 7pp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: 7pp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering principles. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• A clear copy of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number);
• Source of funds documentation if required by our compliance team.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the 7pp Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7pp does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions.

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also facilitated through our banking partners. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.

Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your 7pp wallet within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. 7pp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal conditions: To submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified;
• You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your 7pp account details;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with your account must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal processing times: Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Anti-money laundering: 7pp is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposits must be made from payment methods owned by the account holder. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 7pp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

7pp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and other events. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms specified within the relevant promotion.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible account holder to whom they are offered. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonuses is prohibited;
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• 7pp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically;
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion;
• If 7pp determines that a player is exploiting bonus terms — including through low-risk betting patterns, matched betting, or arbitrage strategies — 7pp reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Welcome bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit amount and a wagering requirement. Full terms are available in the promotions section of the Platform. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and are not available to players who have previously held a 7pp account.

All bets and wagers placed on the 7pp Platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport- or game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules for that specific context.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not accepted and not binding on 7pp until it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued to your account. Bets placed during technical disruptions, connectivity failures, or platform maintenance windows may be void. 7pp will communicate void bets to affected players via their registered account.

Odds and pricing: All odds displayed on the 7pp sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the exact time your bet is accepted. 7pp reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds — including obvious pricing mistakes — and void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

RNG games: All slot, table, and card games not involving a live dealer operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG outcomes are independently verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. No game mechanic on the 7pp Platform is manipulated in favour of the house beyond the stated RTP.

Live dealer games: Live dealer game results are determined in real time by professional dealers operating from certified studio environments. Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to those studios' own operational rules in addition to these Terms.

Maximum winnings: 7pp may apply maximum single-bet winnings limits or maximum daily/weekly payout limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings in excess of these limits may be paid in instalments at 7pp's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7pp Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment credentials;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or match prediction schemes in sports betting;
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in any strategy specifically designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus offers;
• Money laundering: Using the 7pp Platform as a vehicle to launder funds or facilitate illegal financial transactions of any kind;
• Technical exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, its databases, or the accounts of other players;
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets for the purpose of guaranteed profit extraction rather than entertainment;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds to your 7pp account. Chargebacks are investigated thoroughly and accounts found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed.

7pp employs monitoring tools and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 7pp may take any combination of the following actions: suspend access, close the account, void bets and winnings, withhold or recover funds, and report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

Suspension by 7pp: 7pp reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A valid legal or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.

Account closure by the player: You may close your 7pp account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Please allow up to 5 business days for closure processing.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 7pp may notify you of dormant account status before applying any inactivity measures. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved and returned upon verified request.

Self-exclusion closure: Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the requested duration — ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access the Platform, receive promotional communications, or reopen your account by creating a new registration. All content on the 7pp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, source code, user interface designs, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7pp or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any Platform content.

The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 7pp:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or republishing any Platform content;
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the Platform by automated means;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using 7pp trademarks, logos, or brand assets without authorisation.

Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with 7pp. No rights in third-party content are granted to players beyond the right to play the games within the Platform environment.

No guarantee of winnings: 7pp expressly disclaims any warranty or representation that use of the Platform will result in financial gain. Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Players engage in real-money gaming entirely at their own risk.

Platform availability: 7pp makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 7pp does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free Platform availability. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or circumstances beyond 7pp's reasonable control.

Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7pp's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Excluded losses: In no event shall 7pp be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Force majeure: 7pp will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

7pp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 7pp account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected: 7pp collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. This includes registration information, transaction history, device and session data, and communications records.

Data sharing: 7pp does not sell personal player data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers operating under strict confidentiality obligations (such as payment processors and KYC verification services), and with relevant authorities where legally required.

Data security: All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. 7pp employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalls, and access controls to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of player data.

7pp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to Platform features or services, operational updates, or corrections to existing provisions.

Notification of changes: Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — 7pp will provide advance notice by one or more of the following methods:

• A notification sent to your registered email address;
• A prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform;
• A banner or alert on the 7pp homepage.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or structural reformatting — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Acceptance of amended terms: Your continued use of the 7pp Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to initiate account closure. You will not be penalised for closing your account due to disagreement with amended terms, and any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Version history: The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently amended. Prior versions of the Terms are available upon request by contacting [email protected].

Governing language: These Terms are written and published in English. In the event that translations are provided for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7pp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
